Return Policy: All sales are final unless defective. Defective products may be exchanged within 15 days for the same item only. Return Merchandise: The item to be returned must be packed in the original product box, with all paperwork, and then packed in your own shipping carton. Damaged Merchandise: All software products are examined and verified to be in perfect condition when packed. Regardless of the appearance of the carton, any software received in a damaged condition has sustained this while in transit and must be reported at once to the carrier. Contact the carrier to report any damage. Acceptance: By breaking the case seal, installing, accessing or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.
