Semishade 3 - 8 May - Coppery red with yellow spurs COMMENTS: This hybrid of E. alpinum x E. pinnatum var. colchicum provides the gardener with an interesting color combination. Unfortunately, unlike many epimedium planted for their wonderfully interesting foliage, the foliage of E. x warleyense is coarse and skimpy, but well worth finding it a shady, cool spot in humusy moist soil.
