- Bicolored. Large pale green flowers with
maroon-purple tips.
COMMENTS:
The pale green flowers are bell-shaped and the
glaucous leaves broader than in the more commonly
available ssp. acmopetala. Forms many
bulblets and naturalizes well in consistently damp,
cool, acid, sandy soil enriched with humus. Will
tolerate light shade.
